Installation/setup and pack down/collection costs are included in the package price. Travel fees are additional to the package price and vary depending on location.
How is my date secured and when is the balance due?
A 20% deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 7 days before the setup date.
Can I choose my colours and theme?
Yes. Each installation is customised to suit your event theme and colours.
What happens with late pack downs?
Pack downs after 10pm require an additional fee.
